Nest Thermostat Settings using Heat & Cool Range Feature

brownmic2
Community Member

Hello Nest Community,

My Nest Thermostat is set using the range feature (Heat set at 65 (orange text) and (A/C set at 78 (blue text),
but I keep seeing the actually temperature above 80+ (white text).

Why does this happen if I have the A/C set at 78?

It seems to me that my A/C unit is just not keeping with my preset temperature.

You thoughts and comments are welcome.
