Nest Thermostat and IPhone connection

My wifes I-Phone controls the Nest Thermostat. Phone disconnected from Nest and we can't re engage it to the Nest.

Are you saying that on your wife’s iPhone, when you launch the Nest app, reported can’t connect to the server?
