setting schedule temps

can i set the thermostat to drop down a few degrees during the day, I only see comfort, eco and night, but not just a few degrees less than the am and evening comfort setting I use

Nest thermostat

Hi my thermostat has lost the ability to touch the screen to get to menu etc. I have a red flashing light at the top and nothing else. If I touch the screen nothing happens it’s just black. Does anyone know what this could be please?

How to set up weekly temperature on my phone and also what is the degree difference when the furnace should come on. Ex. I have my thermostat set for 70 degrees and then at what temperature should the furnace kick on. Say 68 degrees?
