Nest Thermostat connecttion

I installed the power connector and have the 3 wires to connect...BUT, the plugs on the nest thermostat have :

G, R, and OB....the 3 wires from the nest power connector are for: R, W, and C........!? how do I do this?

I need to know if my system is compatable. Here is a pic of behind my thermostat. I do know it is a 2 stage system.

What brand of Tstat is that?

It looks like a proprietary type for your heating system.

E1 E2 is probably the communication wires that it sends data to the heating system.

If you go to the furnace and take off the cover look on the back of cover for decal with the wiring info.

You might be able to use a Nest or standard Tstat if there are terminal screws for R W C G in the furnace.

You put the power connector in the furnace not on the Nest.

Do you have pics of the old Tstat and the Nest the way you wired it?
