Hey Kansas46,

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: Is this your first time setting up your thermostat? Are you getting an error message? How far is your thermostat from your Wi-Fi router? Also, what country are you located in?

  • No, this is not the first time to set the thermostat.  I have had it for a couple of years and never any problem before.  Error message:  nest.com/w5.  ;
Have tried everything I think to get back online.  I am in the US.
