Nest cannot be found on setup on Google Home

Nest cannot be found on setup. Tried restarting bluetooth, wifi, location services to no avail. This is after a factory reset since I installed a new thermostat with a c-wire.

I am struggling.. just replaced nest thermostat as said not connected to network despite resetting everything.. now have a replacement, and I can’t set it up as saying error 🤬🤬

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What phone are you using to set up your thermostat (Android, iOS)? What's the exact message are you getting? What does your thermostat's display show? Also, how far is your thermostat from your router?
