Nest changes temperatures set in my schedule on its own. How fix?

Hi Janet,

We're sorry to hear about your fluctuating temperatures! I can imagine how uncomfortable you are. Let's see how we can find out about your device.

If you have the E or Learning thermostat, it will constantly adjust based on how it recognizes your behavior/patterns over time. Auto-Schedule is a feature in Nest thermostats that is on by default. It chooses temperatures that have been set by the user at least once and begins to make adjustments to temperature after learning your daily activity. Turn auto-schedule off to keep the temperature from regularly changing. Here's how to turn it off.
