Nest learning thermostat can’t find any Wi-Fi

JALAN055

I am having the same issue with my nest learning

thermostat.  Screen goes black and it says no Wi-Fi. My downstairs nest is working fine and all other devices in my house are working.  I did everything, reset it reset my Wi-Fi and disconnected from the app and removed it and tried to add it back it in. It will not find any Wi-Fi. Had it for less than a year.

Sounds like you've already tried some good steps. Google does have an article on how to troubleshoot this:

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Charging your Nest Learning Thermostat for at least an hour using a micro USB charger might help. If your thermostat is encountering a low battery issue or no power, it will not be able to connect or detect any Wi-Fi network. Your thermostat's ideal battery level should be at least 3.7 above. You can check your thermostat power readout by going to Settings and  Equipment.

I appreciate your help, @David_K.

Best,

Jenelyn
