I tried my Google nest yesterday, but I got the wifi error W5.
After Googling around, I followed the guidance (link below) to reset and restart it, but it didn't work, per other posts, seems its a product flaw and I shall request a replacement, how can I get it?

I am having the same problem, I have tried everything advised and cannot get a connection. I am guessing I have a faulty thermostat too?

I just got a replacement with google nest support
if your device is also a defective one and still in warranty, you can contact google support for a replacement
