Nest not connecting to Heat Link or Wi-Fi

My Nest will not connect to my Heat Link or Wi-Fi. I have followed all trouble shooting steps but nothing has worked. Help appreciated.

You are saying the H71 is shown on the Heat Link, as the question asked is”  Any lights on the Heat Link?“
