Hi I had nest thermostat which was working fine. And all of sudden it’s saying it’s not connected to Wi-Fi so j is tried to connect it it didn’t. So I reset and restart it didn’t help either so I disconnected it from nest app and now Iam struggling to link it back to Wi-Fi connection my heating works manually but it’s not connecting with app or Google home either I tried to set up as new installation and it’s asking for code on thermostat which it doesn’t show me. If i can get any help I would really appreciate it.
thanks a lot.

@Priestly , if you have done a True system, reset you would’ve restarted the process of installation and when it came to finding your network, does your Wi-Fi on the Nest display see any Wi-Fi networks at all?

If it does not see any Wi-Fi network, your Wi-Fi radio chip has gone bad. The unit will need to be replaced with a new one
