My nest thermostat disappeared from the nest app for no apparent reason. I reset it and tried to add it into my app again; however, I get "having trouble connecting with Nest services" error on my app screen. How can I resolve this issue?
I am having the same problem as well. Strangely if I login via my wife’s account all looks normal. On mine, multiple products are missing and can no longer login via iOS all. Must be a backend issue on the Google side.

Is the Nest Thermostat still showing that it's connected to an account?
Interestingly, thermostat first appeared on my wife's account and her Nest app. After a couple of days, it appeared on mine. Things seem to be working fine so far. But, it is very annoying it disappears for no reason and comes back again out of the blue after a couple of days for no apparent reason. It looks totally random.
