Nest thermostat not getting added to nest app

I’ve already reset the nest thermostat, also deleted the nest app and reinstalled it. I’m unable to add my nest thermostat to my nest app even though both of them are on same network. Please help.

I am alsi facing the same issue 

Is there any solution to this?

The Newer Google Nest THermostat is only compatible with the Google Home App and it won't work on the Nest App.

Could you tell us which Nest Thermostat are you using? Have you tried doing a complete reset on your thermostat?
