Nest thermostat sensor

Hello! I had issues with my nest thermostat and had to delete my other account so I had to reset the thermostat, however now I can’t get the sensor to connect. It continuously says it is connected to another account. I have taken the battery out and let it sit for hours and still nothing. Please help.

I’m having same problem. Battery has been out for almost 12 hours now and still won’t reset.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay ― let's get this sorted out.

 

Give these steps a whirl

 

  1. Unpair and pair the sensor back to the account. Here's how: Remove a product from your account
  2. Make sure that you are not seeing the Nest Temperature Sensor in your app before trying to pair it back.
