Nest thermostat stopped connecting to my vivant app and I cannot even find support much less fix it.

Thanks for posting, and I’m sorry for the delayed response ― let’s see what’s going on.

Have you recently migrated into a Google account for your Nest Thermostat? If so, Works with Nest connections like third-party apps was removed when you migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account. You will not be able to relink them after migration. However, you may be able to relink your Works with Nest devices using the Google Assistant instead. Check this link for more details.
