Nest thermostat won’t connect to wifi

I have tried everything to connect to our Wi-Fi,    The ap searches for other devices then quits.

Im assuming you are using the google home app? this wont work

install the nest app, and set up here, and add the wifi detail on the thermostat itself.

tried everything, didn’t work.  Bought a different brand!
