Nest thermostat won't connect with wifi

We have 2 x thermostats and one of them will not link to our WiFi. I have rebooted the router and restarted the thermostat. I have also searched for our router using the thermostat, without any luck. Does anybody have any ideas?

Do you get an error code or message on the thermostat or in the app?

If this is the first time you're setting up the thermostat, try these steps:
Troubleshoot connecting a Nest thermostat to the Nest app or Wi-Fi network (other TD error codes) - ...

If it was successfully connected to Wi-Fi previously but is now offline, try these steps:
Nest thermostat is offline - Google Nest Help

We have been using the thermostat for nearly 3 years without a problem. We had an issue with another thermostat which was resolved by replacing a part. I am not great at IT (maybe an age thing), the thermostat is still working manually, it just will not link to the WiFi. Our other thermostat is linked fine.

It would be a great help if someone could talk me through the possible actions required, if that's possible.

Many thanks

Ben
