Nest thermostat

I just installed my Nest thermostat and it will not connect to my wifi.

all my other Google items are working. 
I have exhausted trying all the “troubleshooting”tips offered.

pls suggest what to do now,

I am having the same problem too although my husbands android connected just fine.  I’ve exhausted all the tips as well but my iPhone will not connect.

I just use the nest application and share the thermostat with them as a home member via email address since I am the owner of this home. It works for this way.

When you are in nest app.

1. kick on the right upper wheel

2. select family

3 add a home member

Thanks for responding!!!  I tried that but when I select add a home member, it takes me to the google home app and wants me to do everything again which is where it won't connect😢

oh yes they combined it together for nest and google. Home member can only be added in the google home app. I have google home app too 

If you have google home app, just kick + sign and then invite person for your home. However of course you need to set up a home first

Where is the problem for you with google home? I have few home with different group of people but it works fine with me.
