Nest thermostat

I had my new Google nest device installed today by recommended installer, however although the device is shown in the Google nest app ,  it does not show in the home app. I’ve spoken to Google helpline and carried out a number of troubleshooting steps , so far there unable to come up with any response.

I have been advised that others may be having the same issue !

Any one solved this ?

I have managed a work around after a lot of time and effort, didn’t really get the support I needed from the Google team though !

From what I've seen here, your case is still in consultation with the engineering team. Once they finish their investigation, they'll let us know and we'll let you know as well.
