To confirm, which model of thermostat do you have?

How to tell which Nest thermostat you have - Google Nest Help

Nest Thermostat must be setup using the Google Home app. All other models must be setup using the Nest app.

No I was not able to set up thermostat in my home. He tried but it stated a problem with wiring. So we stopped. I ordered the thing they recommended me to purchase and now will see about finding someone else otherwise I suppose I will hire a specialist from Nest to install. My only question is if they can’t install and I pay ahead of time do they return my money I paid??
