Nest wiring

Does anyone know if this system is compatible with the google nest thermostat? None of the charts show any wiring configurations like this.

I can't quite see what the label is for the blue wire, but it looks to be compatible based on the other wiring.

Thank you for your help. What I really wasn’t sure about was the 3 black wires, I thought there should only be 1.
