Probably at least one of the Nest thermostats is compatible. It is a bit difficult to see all the letters for the terminals the wires are plugged into. It's possible to guess what most of them are based on standards but a few are unclear. Do you know the type of HVAC system you have (Gas, Heat pump, electric, boiler, dual fuel etc)? If you can, adjust the wires so the letters show would be helpful. Or send the thermostat brand and model. Or maybe send a list to accompany the photo:

White - W
Green - G
(for each wire connected)

Finally you can always use the Compatibility Checker if you are able to see the letters.
