Just wired up my new nest learning and the fan is constantly running.

It’s not running at full blast like it would normally be when heating but nevertheless, always making a noise through the vents.
many solution?

Disconnected the G wire but didn’t help.
For others, this is my solution that did work.

I have a heat only 3 wire system, W R and G

I disconnected the G wire and put it in the C slot on the Nest.

I then went to my furnace and moved the G wire to C.

the furnace no longer runs constantly, but I have lost the “Fan” control on my nest app.
Aside from this, it works perfectly

Obviously the W was connected before the photo in the pre-photo hah.
Would connecting to the W2 make a difference?
Some sort of app or device setting I need to change?

Disconnect G wire see if it stops.

Check if the fan works correctly when in heat mode.
