Next thermostat

One of my nest thermostats just stopped working!  No heat no AC. No response at all. I removed it from the wall and charged it replaced it and it worked for a day. Had to charge again and again it worked for a day. I’m constantly having to recharge and it’s always at night when I need the AC. My other nest thermostat is working just fine so I need help figuring out what’s wrong.

Which Nest thermostat do you have?

Is there a C wire connected to it?
