This appears that your HVAC system is divided in two separate units. One is a standalone heating system and the second is your standalone cooling system. In these very unique situations is there are two separate transformers, supplying power to the control system; one for each. The wire that is an RC is the wire coming from your cooling system. Orange wire that is in your R terminal is for heating and that will go into RH.

Thank you. I was just chatting with a Google representative and they are stating that my wiring is complex and I should contact a Nest Pro.

Your wiring is NOT complex.  It is straight forward. All conventional thermostats in the world used to come with a jumper wire that was connecting the RH to the RC. However, the instructions would tell you that if you had separate heating system that was controlled separately from your cooling system. Your technician would’ve installed it without the jumper the way yours is installed. There is absolutely nothing unique or complex about this. And for the record, I am a Nest Pro and I gave you the answer you need.

I just wanted to thank you. Everything worked out well. Once I started the process, it was very straightforward.
