I'm new to this but hoping for some help. Had Nest App on previous phone and all connected fine to thermostat. I have now got a new phone and it won't let me sign in, it keeps saying password incorrect, so I request a reset but never receive the email to do this. I've removed App from old phone thinking that it was maybe causing a problem but still not able to sign in and now can't get back into the app on my old phone either. I've googled but it just keeps saying to request reset but it's not working. Any advice would really be appreciated. Thanks

Is the nest account connected to a Google account? Have you tried resetting the password from a web browser?

Let me rephrase my comment- I'm sorry - I can't get into my Nest account to change my password so i would say it isn't connected, if that is correct.

No problem. I know this is pretty basic but if you haven't, try logging in with nest account here:
If the password does not work try the forgot password link.
