My nest thermostat had suddenly it stopped working, showing now power through the heat link, no lights on heat link. Has been tested by an electrician. Purchased via Amazon U.K. July 2020, I need a replacement as still within 2 year warranty. Posting here as I can’t find any other way of contacting anyone to deal with this issue.

You purchased from Amazon, they are responsible for your problem. Reason being, the item has not lasted for a reasonable length of time.
Look up UK Consumer Law. [Consumer Rights Act 2015]
I suppose the other way is read the other vast amount of problems on here asking exactly the same question, and how they solved it.

Mine died on Friday and a replacement arrived Tuesday. The support centre will guide you through the entire process. You must get a case numbers from them. You need to be patient as they will ask many questions. Good news you can claim for installation too.
