I had to reset the nest thermostat because of a new Internet Wi-Fi connection, when I unplugged the Wi-Fi I had to redo it again, and I think I removed the nest thermostat device and Once I’m trying to reconnect and I scan the QR code the prompts are not letting me continue

Having same problem with my android. After the scan it goes back to the home screen.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with setting up your Nest thermostat. To isolate the issue, could you try clearing the cache and app data of your Google Home app before trying to set it up again?
