From the Nest Renew portal, you can turn RHR on/off without needing to unenroll via the simple toggle switch in settings. Turning off, with stop your Nest T-Stat from "highjacking" your schedule. From the Nest Renew portal (if you are in the main Google/Nest account you set up) you can also select/edit your utility and any rate schedule/plan you are on if different than the standard. If you do not see edit buttons, you are not in your main account.

Hi folks,
If you’re currently enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards and you want to un-enroll, contact your energy provider or you may get in touch with our support team by visiting the Google Nest Contact Us page. Once you unenroll, your thermostat will no longer participate in Rush Hour events.
I appreciate your help, @HansWT.
Best,
Zoe
