Heat link dead on Sunday, contacted support on Monday afternoon,
A very pleasant Eastern European lady was most helpful.
Replacement part arrived Tuesday morning.
Fitted by BOXT on Wednesday.
Considering that this was to the North of Scotland I found the service and backup support first class. The unit is 22 months old and all work and parts were free of any charge.
