My power is out in Florida.do to the hurricane I’m in Maryland and usually I can see my NEST thermostat online, thru Google home.  But now I don’t see a picture of the thermostat controls. Only my info. If power was out before I’d see the thermostat and it would say offline.  but now I don’t see the thermostat at all.

The is a hurricane in Florida right now, and most of southern Florida is without the power of any type.

You are not going to be able to see anything there even if you have a generator.

If the power comes back on, the internet provider you have most likely will not be back up and running for a while depending on the damage to the systems.

Good luck. I had to deal with super storm Sandy. No power for 3 weeks.

Hello there,

Chiming in. I hope everyone are okay.

@Patrick_Caezza and @Houptee, thanks for your assistance.

@eeveegreen, it looks like you can't access your Nest Thermostat on the Google Home App. How's your Nest Thermostat, were you able to get an access back to the Google Home App? Also, were you able to visit your house in Florida to check your device?

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

Mark
