Could you tell us more details of what's happening with your Google Nest thermostat? How long have you been getting this message? Have you tried removing the thermostat from the base and checking all the wires at the back? Were there any changes made on your HVAC unit recently?

Also, could you share a photo of your current wiring configuration so that we can further check what's going on?
