Thermostat lost WIFI W5 error

Shelbyann7777

Hello, about 4 weeks ago one of our thermostats lost WiFi connectivity.  We have tried a factory reset, remove and add back to account, restart on multiple times and we can never get the W5 error to clear.  We have tried to manually enter the WiFi name and it can’t find it.  Is there anything else we can do to get it to connect to the WIFI.    Thanks Nick

I have the same problem--W5 error; no changes to wifi network--the device just won't find any networks (home and hotspot), and won't accept manual input.

It sounds like this  is a known issue. What's the process for addressing?
