Thermostat nest learning

Google thermostat works. The nest app works perfectly. But I can’t talk to Google home speaker and tell her to change the temperature in my house

yes i am. the nest app and the google home app works fine for cvontrolling the thermostat. however when i ask google home speaker to change the temperature, it says the device is not set up. theyboth are on same wifi and same account. the apps both work on my phone and ipad

I am sorry to hear that you are still having trouble. Do you mind me asking if you have tried to factory reset the Nest Thermostat and then re add that to the Home app? This has resolved the issue for some users.
