Thermostat no longer connects to WiFi

I have 3 Nest 3rd Gen thermostats installed in my home. I recently changed my ISP from coax to fiber, but kept my same WiFi router with SSID network name & password settings unchanged. One of my Nest thermostats can no longer see ANY available WiFi networks in my home. The other 2 thermostats still work great. I have rebooted my new ISP modem, the same WiFi router, all WiFi extenders, attempted connecting to the Nest Home app with iPhone in airplane mode, reset the thermostat, restarted the thermostat, and even disconnected the battery in the thermostat for 30 minutes in order to reboot it. Still no success. I purchased these 3 thermostats at Lowes on 7/19/23, still have the receipt, and they should still be under 2-year warranty. I am a retired engineer who can fix almost anything, but this unit appears to have a bad WiFi chip. Please advise on next steps!

Sounds like you've already tried quite a few sensible steps. There are some other steps you can try:
