Thermostat stuck

My thermostat is stuck on startup. Removed batteries and restarted. Goes right back to the same spot. Thermostat seems to be working in the background. I can connect via google home. ????

Thanks for the reply. No, it’s still frozen. The thermostat does work via the google home app. I can turn on/off change temp, etc. 

I can even see the status of the thermostat, and technical info like serial number and MAC address and Wi-Fi. Even shows battery level. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I suggest doing a Factory Reset on the device and reinstalling as it should fix the issues that you're having.
