Our Nest thermostat has been giving N260 error which Google’s solution was to install a power connector. We had an electrician over today to install it and he actually rewired it as well but couldn’t get it working so he determined that the thermostat is faulty. I was able to see on Google that it’s still under warranty but I cannot find anywhere on how to file a claim for the warranty. Seems like there’s a lot of posts saying the same thing! I’m in Canada.

in the past I've just called support by using the contact process via the support page and worked with them via the phone... I'd suggest that over chatting with them for sure
