Thermostat wifi

Nest thermostat lost Wi-Fi connection and is now not showing any networks to re-connect have tried every troubleshooting tip there is out there. This is a second unit I have had, working fine at first then months later the same issue as the first unit any help greatly appreciated

You mentioned it doesn't show any Wifi networks to connect to. Was it these steps you tried?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: do you see any messages or codes on your Nest Thermostat screen? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. 

 

Also, please try to connect your thermostat to your mobile hotspot instead of your home Wi-Fi.
