Trane XR 2 stage heat pump wiring to Nest Learning 3rd gen

I have Trane 2 stage heat pump supposedly. Pic of unit attached. Also the wiring on the old thermostat. How to wire in Nest Learning 3rd gen? Especially the white wire.

You do not have a two stage outdoor heat pump compressor. It’s a single stage compressor. It’s not likely you have a two stage gas furnace because your W1 and W2/E are wired with a jumper with each other.  if you indeed have a gas furnace then when anytime the heat pump goes into defrost cycle it’s going to turn on your gas furnace as auxiliary heat the way it was wired with your old thermostat. 
You need to wire the white wire to the Nest W2/AUX terminal. Unless you have a heat pump and a gas furnace, you do not have a dual fuel system.  Your old thermostat the way it was wired does not suggest the presence of a gas furnace either. 

So do you have a gas furnace as well as a heat pump?
