in mine blue cable is in RC in yhe pic blue cable is in C even though there is an RC

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to know more about this. Could you check the control board of your HVAC system to see where the other end of your wires are connected to?

Hi Edward, I would if I nee where that was. I found a pic of gow hmthe wires are installs in the nest and rhe only difference is the blue cable. In my current system the blue cable is installin the RC and in the pic I found the blue cable is install in C. I thought this was a simple changed. I know the system is compatible because i bought ut through the MassSave site where they asked you for all the info of your current gas and electric companies and system.

Hi Savrinah,
Thanks for the response. If you already have the Nest Thermostat, you can try installing it without the C wire and try to test both cooling and heating.
