Had to get a HVAC company to come out and replace this thermostat because my house was freezing and you all couldn’t come out for 3 days!
Ive sent you the invoices repeatedly for the work! Please respond to me and reimburse me for the Nest and the new thermostat!

This is strange. Looking through your history you never posted in this forum seeking assistance. What was the specific problem you were having and what diagnostic steps did you under take to determine for a fact the problem was with the Nest Thermostat? HVAC service company not familiar with the Nest might have sold you a thermostat you might not need just to make some extra money.
