Why do you have me repeating the same thing

I can’t connect thermostat to App

i have no number to call

During the initial installation process, the smart phone, which has the app installed on, uses BLE to communicate with a Thermostat at the very beginning of installation. After that, you have to go to the Nest Thermostat, tap the thermostat to wake it up, then go to SETTINGS > NEST APP. If this device is connected to an account, this will tell you that. Next go to NETWORK check to see if it’s connected to the Wi-Fi network. If the thermostat is connected to the Wi-Fi net work and your device with your Nest or Google Home app should be able to talk to the thermostat and be able to remotely control it.

I wanted to check and see if you managed to see the information that  Patrick_Caezza has shared. Also, a few questions: What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? What app are you using to set it up? And what error do you get when you try to connect it to the app?
