Why isn’t my nest compatible?

See the attachéd pictures of my wiring.  The Google Home app is telling me my system is not compatible.    It’s a very basic single AC/ Heat system.  Any help is appreciated.

Did you enter the jumper wire you have between RC and RH? If so, redo the checker but don't enter the RC wire. This is because Nest thermostats don't use jumper wires.
