My device is set up and working, cooling down my home, but it won't connect to any Wi-Fi network. It gives me the message "something went wrong". It is connected to my phone via Bluetooth. I have tried many times. The network is not the problem. I have restarted and reseted the Nest device. I have even cleared the data and uninstalled the Home app.

I suggest that you contact customer support. I had a thermostat that was working great for months then lost its wifi connection. I couldn't get it to reconnect at all. I called customer support and they sent a new unit under warranty.
