Wifi changed

I'm trying to connect my android to my nest thermostat. It was good until I had to change my wifi. Now I don't know how or where to go about connecting it to my phone. I'm not tech savvy so if someone can help me out I would surely apply it

Have you updated the Wifi information for your thermostat?
