Wiring a Nest Power Connector

Kulwell1

Hoping someone can give me some advice here. Ive connected the Nest thermostat and connects the two wires, its a heat only system. The error code Im getting is lack of power and I need to install a Power Connector. When I go to the handler, the thermostat wire is connected to the unit via two terminals, an R and a W. Nothing else. The Power Connector has three wires on it, the last one requiring a C terminal which doesn't exist on this unit. So on the Power Connector, there's no where to put the C wire. The thermostat is working but I assume it'll just drain its own batteries until its dead. So obviously, its not working properly and Im not sure what to do...

Hi.  If you download the Power Connector "Pro" Installation Guide from Google...  https://storage.googleapis.com/support-kms-prod/k5rpNEXV1F0aVYhr8jN1L2GAxhcAPDXhk39r

And go to pages 10-11, it shows how to wire a heat only system that only has R and W at the handler.  It shows that you will need to install a separate 24v external transformer to feed power to the C on the Power Connector.

The instructions that come with the Power Connector don't show this setup.  You have to get the "Pro" instructions from the website.
