Wiring help to replace Honeywell Thermostat with Nest

I need your help to identify if my thermostat is compatible with the Nest Thermostat.

I have the pictures for each one of them and would appreciate if you can give me some guidance. I'm the type of guy that likes to DIY but I'm extra careful to mess with my HVAC.

The thermostat model you've purchased (Nest Thermostat, setup in the Google Home app) isn't compatible with your system. You need the Nest Learning Thermostat model that's setup and managed in the Nest app.
