i have no clue how to set my schedule for heating.... help

can someone tell me how to set my heating to come on at 6am to 7.30am and then again at 6pm to 9pm? thats all.. we have it coming on 9 hours a day and all through the night! should be simple no? the instructions are too techy for me, i dont understand!

There are some very good instructional videos on Youtube.com.  Just search for programming a schedule on Youtube and you will see quite a few.
