Installing That , Guide from Google says Not compatible with our "Heat Pump system ,we have (R) wire/ / (Y)/ (G)/ (W2))/(O)/ ( C or Gray )/may I hook up to this unit & have proper function

Upload a photo of your original thermostat wiring. It is helpful to see how it is wired to know if a Nest Thermostat will work. 

In the meantime you can use the Compatibility Checker to verify.

Thank you for your response , got in touch w/ Nest , installed, and found (no main power coming from switch @ furnace , arranged for an HVAC tech to come and diagnose & repair, looking forward to using this unit .
