jumper yellow & white

Should I jumper yellow & white on the nest? Dark wire going to O should also go to O on the nest? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. That's a good question! You don't need to use jumper wires on the Nest Thermostat. To check your system compatibility, could you please tell us the make and model of your heating system?

I have two systems on the roof both are goodmans models PHXJ042-1F & PHXJ048-1A.  Had a chat you can reference but cant find that info.

Hey dapooch57, 

 

Thanks for the information. Your system is compatible with Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E. If you want the Nest Thermostat 2020, C wire will be needed.
